My bank in Belgium is offering 3,137% right now. I hope they fall a bit more.
Good loans in France for housing are around 3%
I pay -0.2857% on my f5 mortgage loan. So hardly first country in Europe. Denmark had negative interest rates from 2012 to 2022.
(not getting paid to borrow. As interest rates got negative the banks increased the fees. Now that there is positive interest rates again the Danish borrowers are waiting for the fees to drop)
That’s depressing. They’ll end up like Japan.
