I’ve never wished death on anyone, but when he dies, I won’t shed any tears.

      Him and Trump.

That is why Finland joined NATO. And that is why we support Ukraine, and feel like people in the Baltic states are our brothers. Russia is a threat to all of us.

And there it is, right there, in that one lousy sentence – the very crux of Russian mentality, driving this sorry nation of apathetic troglodytes and petty tyrants since the time they were just a Mongolian extortion ring. “Whatever was once ours must be ours again”, almost as if their vodka-addled minds were simply unable to process the fact that they are not an empire anymore and will never be one again, no matter how desperately and violently they will thrash about or how low they will stoop.

A finnish guy wanted a good pair of woollen boots back in winter war, problem was they were still attached to a pair of ruski legs.

The legs are still treading some swampland between our borders.

So, what if that foot gets blown to smithereens?

Is it a foot? Is it raspberry jam?

    7. Deep_Blue_Kitsune on

There it is. For all the people that needed it spelled out. There is no peace by de-escalation in Russia’s war. You show weakness, you get annexed

Why did Putin start a military special operation, if Ukraine and Russian people are “the same”? Doesn’t make any sense.

EUROPE get in this fight! He will absolutely come for you next! Remember what countries used to be “Russia” in an “ancient” sense! Do not let Ukraine fall! Glory to Ukraine 💛💙💛💙💛

I actually wish the media including social media was not covering the bullshit Russian narrative so widely. Yes we need to know they are perverted in thought and action, but this Russian narrative is everywhere and when it becomes so encompassing over time more and more say “perhaps there is some truth to it”.

This is exactly what happened in the US election campaign. Trump and his team spun false narratives from the day he left finished his first term, and it helped him win a 2nd term despite the fact it was 100% false. Sometimes Trump would utter dozens of lies in a single press conference, just as Putin does now. But Trump repeated it time and again, every day, every week and every month, and over time more and more succumbed to it.

Every word out of Putin’s mouth is a lie. Every sentence designed to put forth a destination that favors solely Russia. And it is getting really tiresome to see every western channel broadcasting it all the time.

      sounds a bit desperate.

      Ukraine is part of russia!

      Why?

      It just is Okay!

the thing he was right before the war apparently the Ukrainians as a whole didn’t really have a strong national identity but thanks to 10 year of war they have a very strong national identity.

    13. Pure_Stop_5979 on

Really? I think all of the EU should collectively leave the Ottawa treaty then. “Wherever the foot of a Russian soldier treads – he steps on a landmine.” sounds preferable.

Should be a very nice message for all of those countries whenever Russian smelly foot had stepped ever, including those who believe that they are now “friends”

Moscow was briefly French. Does it mean it’s still ours?

If Russia and Ukraine are the same, then Russia should be Ukrainian. After all we speak of Kievan Rus’ and not Russian Kiev.

    18. AdOne5089 on

Yet people in the west that are brainwashed by Putin’s mouthpieces will think Russia is some sacred noble country. They are the biggest threat to national security worldwide.

    19. GremlinX_ll on

      >We have this ancient… well, it’s not a saying or a parable, but an ancient rule. “Wherever the foot of a Russian soldier treads — that is ours.”

      >*an ancient rule. “Wherever the foot of a Russian soldier treads — that is ours.”*

Why does this “ancient rule” sound similar to “[Wo der deutsche Soldat steht, kommt kein anderer hin](https://umedia.lib.umn.edu/item/p16022coll208:2640)” / Where the German soldier stands, no other can go” ?

      Vova, are you a nazi ? /s

See, with what we should deal with ? Add to this dementia driven taco on other side of Atlantic.

    20. Or all of Russia is Ukraines? I guett it goes both ways.
      Good luck.
