It’s a pity nobody gave the Palestinians the same option before they were slaughtered in their thousands.
Pretty distasteful to even be living there right now.
Why? Why would any country need to be evacuating citizens who were in a country at war, which then went more to war? In reality, most such citizens will be dual nationals, in which case, they are already at home.
A perfect use for military cargo aircraft and yet… we don’t have any.

We shouldn’t have to go begging other countries to evacuate our citizens.
If they are Israeli citizens, as most would claim, we should not be evacuating them. If they are Irish citizens, each needs to be held and questioned for why they were in a country that’s been committing war crimes for the last 2 years. And their activities thoroughly investigated before any are allowed out into the general population.
