My uncle was part of Operation Homecoming, way back in 1973. He had been in a Vietnamese prison for almost 8 years.
He lived a long happy life, but I’m not sure that he ever dealt with his trauma. He protested against war for the rest of his life.
My wish is that all these POWs get the chance he got, many blessings to all these heroes and their families.🇺🇦♥️
