I don’t think so , Cyprus is pretty far and worse case scenario the missiles will he intercept way way before they reach it .
this question gets asked any time there is a conflict in the area, which is almost every year. Cyprus never once got involved or was affected in any way. The only possible exception was a Syrian missile falling in the mountains some years back.
