Sony and others have already said that they would also raise prices globally to absorb the costs of american tariffs. Essentially making the world pay for american stupidity.
They are clearly putting up prices in the European market to balance out the tariffs for US consumers.
They should sue Nintendo Too. Why is Sony getting sued and not Nintendo with their 90 dollar Mario Kart game?
I will vote with my wallet, if Sony wants me/Europeans to pay for the Orange Hitlers taffifs on American consumers they can fuck off!
PC gaming is also expensive because of the GPU prices but on the long run, it remains not that expensive.
For the pS5 its really the high entry price and still high price on the long run if you buy the online.

This suit will get thrown out like Apple suite.
They need to go from another angle, Sony and other companies being on record saying that they are subsidizing US tariffs prices with European prices.
They should attack this instead. Claiming that due to unfair practices from Sony and getting them in trouble. Maybe they will reflect that way.
My last playstation and I still have it but not really using it is the PS3. I have no reason to buy another playstation ever in my life. It is really a luxury at this point in time, and if you can afford it, then it really does not matter how much it cost. PC Gaming is where it is at nowadays.
