Ho comprato alcune camicie di protezione UV da Amazon con cappuccio alcuni anni fa; Sono molto traspiranti e comodi. (Immagine solo per riferimento, le mie sono senza maschera per il viso.)

Non mi piace mettere una tonnellata di crema solare su me stesso. Mi piace camminare molto, specialmente sui sentieri.

Have you actually got a sunburn through non-UV-protected clothes?
You can buy linen clothes from pretty much anywhere that sells clothes. They are light and breathable as you ask. They don’t offer UV protection, but honestly you shouldn’t really be walking outside during peak hours when UV radiation is at its highest anyway.
