I think Hermer has been unfairly attacked. He’s a barrister. He doesn’t get to choose who he represents if he’s available and not already booked by the other side.

It’s literally written into the sentencing guidelines the judges use. It’s not some hypothetical feeling of the people.

      But… it does?

Not in the way Fartrage and the Toothless Wonders would have you think, though.

It’s Rich Tier vs Poor Tier. Always has been, always will be.

      Eat the rich.

The whole of grooming gangs scandal is an example of two tier justice system

Most of the time I see the phrase used, it’s by people who are either legally illiterate or just being purposefully obtuse to suit their biases. For example the countless comments you can find online about how JSO protesters got jailed for blocking the motorway, but farmers didn’t get jailed for blocking roads, and this is apparently “two tier policing”. Not just a plain fact of there being different laws for motorways…

And of course the geniuses who don’t see a difference between peaceful protest and throwing rocks at a migrant hotel. “How come I can’t set fire to this Syrian man, yet lefties are allowed to hold placards in public spaces? Two tier Kier!”

    6. Lord Hermer must be a Reform double agent. Everything he says is pure virtue signalling from an ivory tower.

    7. There is, just not in the way the usual suspects have been duped into thinking about it eg. Reform/Trump supporters. Ironically, and purposefully, the people duping such supporters into spewing their nonsense are the ones that do benefit from a two tier system, because the rich can afford the best solicitors.

The super rich vs the rest of us. Those are the two tiers.

He sounds too emotional to be the attorney general, it isn’t for him to say what opinion about the law is ‘disgusting’ – anyone can express any legal opinion they want without him presuming to police our speech in that way.

He almost got it right Just replace ‘to say’ with ‘that’ and bingo. Fixed it !

They literally changed sentencing guidelines lately which shows the justice system is multi-tiered…..

That’s before even bringing anything else into the conversation.

There’s always been two tier justice. Rich and poor. Anything else is a distraction

Arguably there is a Two-teir justice system but not interms of someone’s ethnicity or religion like it’s commonly perceived on social media by the likes of Farage, Tommy Twelve-Names, Tice and Lowe. It’s more to do with how much money and clout someone has. If you look at recent history with the likes of Saville, Harris and more recently the lead singer of lost prophets. You’ll see the lengths the justice system went to protect those people.

There is significant evidence to show judges have a large gender/racial sentencing bias. He’s burying his head in the sand.

Some parties (Labour and Green) have gone as far as to suggest that gender and racial sentencing bias should even be written into the sentencing guidelines.

      Headline should read.

Champion of two tier policing gets angry with public for pointing out what he’s doing.

Would someone like to take one for the team and test it out?

Tweet a similar message to the one that Lucy Connolly got locked up for, but aim it specifically at white people. Say they all deserve to die or be replaced – get creative! Let’s see how long you get for that. If it’s anything less than the utterly insane 31 months she got, then there’s your answer.
