      I genuinely believe the country a better place if that show didn’t exist, pumping misery and moaning into 300,000 people’s brains every day for a few hours, primarily older people as well. Not good for a nations collective psyche and IMHO it shows, just need to look at the amount of people on this sub who seem to think you’ll die if you step foot in Dublin.

      Now, our national misery will build up to unsustainable levels like sewage behind a blockage. Brown water will bubble up in the streets and the people will mutter and complain until the explosion of unheard misery explodes like fatty sausage chunks and beer shits into the air waves. But who will be there to hear the midday misery? Who will answer the pointless calls without Joe Duffy?

      For me I’m my job this is a great day. They amount of dip shit customers who think you’re going to break policy because they threatened to go Joe Duffy is unreal. Good riddance.

      Personally can’t stand the voice or the show but you have to hand it to him he made a successful career out of it and he has helped make a difference on occasion which while I’m not sure outweighs the awfulness of the show cannot be overlooked
