They try to “steal” a 2 meter pole that is swung right in front of their faces. The same pole that is used to beat the police a few seconds later, making it obvious that “stealing” it *might* be a correct assesment from their side.

What I see is a protestor trying to provoke the police and eventually hits them with his flag pole.
All sympathies for the cause beside, thats just a self-centered relieve personal aggressions and its not achieving anything at all in the best and tis conterproductive in the worst as it could be used to fosters the governemnts propaganda.
Disciplined peaceful mass protests are the best way to achieve awareness for a cause in a divided country which is characterized as a flawed democracy. The government can still be beaten by elections.

Sadly, but peaceful protests will NEVER bring any change. If you want to change in your goverment, you must be willing to spill some blood and do some “drastic” actions. Otherwise few weeks and everyone will forget what u were doing and nothing will change cause those you want to change dont give a sht what casual people want as long as they do it “peacefully”.

Understand that police **hate you**, they have no loyalty to anything other than a paycheck, and couldn’t care less about a national flag, in fact seeing the flag only makes them angry.
