      They are pretty much operating on a skeleton crew as well I think, most of the Ulster Bank staff that were employed in the republic have been made redundant.  That’s gonna slow things down a fair bit

      Their arm for the customers they need to refund Ulydien Trust is even worse – they insist on excessive GDPR sensitive info on individuals for company/organisation accounts when trying to move it to accounts with a new bank in the same company name
