who are these guys supposed to be?
A group of people resembling “caci” formation that camps near parlament building, appeared after yesterdays blockade.
They are wearing police shirts but without proper police identification prescribed by the law.
They are also wearing masks covering their faces, also against the police law in Serbia but reminiscing of Vucics “caci” hooligans.
Currently they are used to brake protesters by force by beating them or running through them with cars.
