According to the article:

So allegedly (you never know with the Russians) it wasn’t that large of an attack. Really wish NATO would stop tying Ukraines hands behind their backs and give them the resources to take out that bridge forever.

A country that focuses on ruling over ashes will certainly destroy the bridge on the way out themselves because of fear to get justice delivered over it.
