It’s a sad state of affairs when Cavan is considered good value.

    4. ah don’t tell me hash browns are now a thing in Irish fry ups? can’t stand the things, which is ironic since I like potato bread from ulster fry

I would scoop all that up with a giant spoon and eat it all in one swift movement.

Jesus, that’s a nice bit a grub but don’t leave us hanging, where in Virginia? Name and praise.

Similar amount in ‘Spoons for less. And “unlimited” refills of coffee/tea for €1.50

I’d have to leave half of that behind and still pay the 15.50. I’d be happier paying 10 for half of what’s on the plate – but I guess it doesn’t make economic sense for them.

I’d have that gobbled up in 5 minutes.

Am I too old or how is that value?

You can get an excellent fry up for 12 quid here in Drogheda. €16 for an excellent lunch/dinner.

Yes, there might be places selling €45 steak sandwiches as well, but that’s not the norm.

      Name and shame.

Or, like, whatever the opposite of shame is.
