The rest of the world should simply assume that the united states is no longer a reliable partner, and plan accordingly.

Countries should create equipment equal or better than the US, even if it takes alot of time it would be better than relying on them for everything, when Ukraine has won that frees them up to focus on out-doing American equipment and making it obsolete
