I mean he was legally entitled to those payments, he just did it illegally for some reason.
Weird case
So he committed fraud against the state and his punishment is…to continue getting the same rate of dole he was on while committing fraud?
Lucky for him that he didn’t cause €450 worth of damage to a Gardai car, he just stole ten times that amount.
Not part of the anti immigration crowd but why wasn’t he deported ? Surely even if he was eligible for the dole he’d fail some sort of good character or that sorts under a visa review ?
He should be deported.
