Hai idea di cosa siano? Sono così piccoli che non riesco nemmeno a capire quante gambe hanno. Sono color beige, più piccoli di un granello di sale e la maggior parte di essi è rannicchiata in un angolo. Non riesco a trovare nulla online. Sono apparsi durante la notte nel mio bagno, accanto allo sfiato dell’aria. Il giorno prima, ho portato alcune cose dall’attico e l’ho lasciato in bagno, quindi forse sono venuti da lì. Basta non dirmi che sono baby ragni.

Spider Babies?
Impossible to tell with that picture to be honest but I think it actually is baby spiders. Based on your description it sounds like the same ones we get which are the spiders with a tiny body and the long spindly legs. No idea what they’re called but they’re no harm whatsoever they’re great at getting rid of flies. I’m basing this purely on your description though, could be something different.
If they’re so small, the only indication they’re not dust is that they’re moving, my guess is mites.

mites, yeah probably came from the attic. Just disinfect and wash all the things, at least it’s in the bathroom so makes for containing the issue easier. Bleach is your friend.
Look like mites
Give drain flies a Google. I know you said they are near your vent but may have come out your sink or bath/shower drain. Worth sticking some bleach down them. Down the drains, not down the flies cos that would be fiddly.
