Per errore, pensando che la padella è fredda, l’ho posizionata sul pavimento solo per scoprire che faceva caldo in realtà. Bruffò uno dei pezzi del laminato del pavimento di legno. Ho un’assicurazione di responsabilità civile che si spera possa coprire questo errore. Ma non so cosa fare dal momento che sto affrontando questo per la prima volta.

Stay calm. Depends on your relationship with the landlord: tell him in a nice manner that you had a little accident. Maybe he was about to renovate that cheap-ass floor anyway. If not – call your insurance and ask how to proceed.
If it’s your landlords floor the insurance will most likely cover it. Just file claim with them. You can usually do this through their app or call them and they’ll send you the necessary paperwork.
