I remember before I went looking for metal trolley tokens and Tesco were selling them. UK coin sizes only, not compatible with euro. They didn’t even work on the trolleys in the very Tesco that was selling them.

Probably just an error on a computer system or a worker with 10000s of thousands of products to manage that caused some Union Jack car smellys to be sent to a store that otherwise would not have sold them. I’d not worry about it.
