I don’t consider myself making a good salary, and yet working in logistics as a Schichtleiter I make roughly 400€ more brutto than you will (2160 brutto would be minimum wage for a 40 hours week/174 hours month)
And I have no formal qualifications at all. (dropped out of Uni)
The team I lead is a rather small one of ten people, me included.
Depending on what being a Schichtleiter demands as extra work (in my case a lot of admin stuff, being in constant contact with the heads of, logistics, acquisitions and customer service) the 50€ bonus is laughable.
