Jesus wept, is this actually a thing, do people know?

If this is where we are going, house prices are going to go even more insane (as if it was even possible).

Looks like a sure fire way for 3 bedroom homes to once again house 8+ people. Welcome to 1970

All that would do is double the price, complexity and amount of parties involved in a sale, while basically just perpetuating long term house shares (which have their place, but long term aren’t great for your autonomy or privacy).

What happens if one couple either move out or stop paying their share? It has high potential to get messy or just devolve into another live in landlord situation.

I feel this isn’t aimed at anyone from the western hemisphere. Common enough in eastern cultures for more than one family to live together. They are appealing to a different market.

What company specifically is behind this ad? It’s not listed, which is by itself kind of strange.
It’s almost as if it was something drawn up by AI or something as a sort of race baiting rage hating of post!

But with the way things are, you would never know nowadays.

It will be intergenerational mortgages next

Living standards for the important things in life are going backwards in this country

Other cultures would be alot more used to having many different people under one roof than our own. Perhaps this is an unintended financial perk of immigration for the banks/building contractors.

Employers can keep wages down by continuously expanding the labour pool. Banks/Contractors get their share. Taxes skyrocket with population. And votes well…..the list goes on and on.

Jesus not only do I have to have a partner to get a house, I have to have 3 of them?

Erm do I have to point out that they are using Indians in an Irish advertisement? Like wtf? Are the banks really this unhinged to go straight advertising to the immigrant portion of the country since they know the rest is F.ed anyway?

Well, that’s just horrific. Y’all are gonna see 20 in a house, soon enough.
