NDA di cattiva condotta e discriminazione sul posto di lavoro da bandire

It shouldn’t just be discrimination though. Public bodies use these to prevent people revealing their incompetence and/or corruption, and that shouldn’t be allowed either. Basically, if any public body has done stuff that they don’t want the public to know about, then by definition we need and are entitled to know it. So all NDAs for public employees should be illegal.

Edit somebody no-voted this – can only assume they’re some corrupt, incompetent public official! For anyone else, there can surely be no argument.
