Population projections that far ahead look a bit ridiculous. Like, at this point why not project up to 2200 with a population of negative one million people?

Considering they are 3 million only, that is sad.

With all due respect to the victims of the Srebrenica massacre – why are they even mentioned in the graph?
People who barely have any knowledge about the 90’s wars would see this graph and think that 200-300 thousand people were massacred.
Also, if I’m not mistaken, Bosnia doesn’t publish official data for their population number, so this graph is just an unofficial assumption. It doesn’t mean that it’s wrong tho.

Sidenote: Srebrenica wasn’t a massacre, it was genocide, as was determined by the ICTY. Calling it a “massacre” is a thinly veiled form of genocide denial.
On the topic at hand – the people of Bosnia have been moving to Germany/Austria/Slovenia and other countries en masse due to the constant political instability, corruption and living standards. At present, Bosnia is being kept hostage by seperatist Serbs who are in bed with Putin, and seperatist Croats who work in coordination with the Serbs. Bosniaks have no real unified political identity, as a portion of the population is firmly unitarian which is utopia, former communists, then there are those who would tie Bosnia to Iran or Ankara instead of Brussels, and a very small rational minority. The country’s also fucked by an impotent and senseless constitution which hinders all progress.
