Note that ECHR is one of the institutions especially targeted by the Le Pen gang because it would be a legal fail safe against their deportation plans.

We need reform parties to arrest the fall into plutocracy, our path is unsustainable. I suspect, Le Pen just wanted an additional headline after a few days in order to increase the impact, that’s why she filed the emergency request as well. It’s hard to believe her lawyers thought there really was a chance her situation would qualify for interim measures.
