Sweden’s migration minister says he will not resign after it was revealed his teenage son has links to white supremacist groups.
Johan Forssell confirmed on Thursday that the person named by the anti-racism watchdog Expo recently as being a “close relative” of an unnamed minister and “active in the far right” was his 16-year-old son.
Forssell said he had not known about his son’s activities until he was contacted by the country’s security service a few weeks ago and that he had followed all proper protocol.
“Perhaps many parents can relate to not having a complete picture of what their children are doing on social media,” he told Swedish broadcaster TV4.
The funny thing is that, this particular minister have been extremely vocal about how parents need to take their responsibility in raising their kids and not letting them drift away in criminality and radicalism. Basically a shift in rhetoric to go after immigrant families and their kids. I do support a hard stance on criminals for sure but I do find it oddly satisfying that the one that have been lecturing people and parents on how they should behave and that their apartments can be taken away from them if their kids is doing bad shit. They showed that he had made 48 tweets about this subject in swedish public service today in Aktuellt. He can honestly get fucked.

Isn’t filling sweden with foreign criminals without doing background checks way more extremist than whatever this kid was doing?
White western middleclass are about inventing all sorts of words to keep societies stratified at their advantage. It’s not surprise, for a 18yo in 2025 it might even be smart.
