She did not do much under Biden, only talking after the fact.
Yes, Biden was better, fact, but still trickled aid with lots of limitations/restrictions, until late 2024.
If people don’t treat this war seriously, as a trigger for WW3, then it doesn’t matter who is in charge of America.
So when Trump said he could end the war in one day, he was just planning to demand Ukraine’s surrender
