      It’s a group consisting of some of the most famous Bulgarian revolutionists and revivalists that fought and plotted for Bulgaria’s liberation from Ottoman rule.

      Top to bottom, left to right:
      Georgi Benkovski – Panayot Volov
      Rayna Knyaginya – Todor Kableshkov
      Panayot Hitov – Looks like Pop Hariton, but could be Botev
      Georgi Sava Rakovski – Zahari Stoyanov (?)

      Please, feel free to correct me if I got some of these wrong.

      Also, the text on top commemorates the 100th anniversary from the April Upraising, which started the whole fight for liberation.
