      So human shields.

Just to use as psychological warfare and prevent area attacks, because you might hit your own children.

These kids will 100% not go there to fight nor will they be allowed anywhere where they could escape.

This isn’t just a war crime. It’s indoctrination, exploitation, and ethnic erasure rolled into one. The Hague needs to start warming up

I don’t know the veracity of this report but this is the reason Igor Girkin turned on the Kremlin.

He believed that no Slavic people should be subjected to Russificiation.

3 years later Igor was prophetic.

Nothing new for Russia, for those who knows a bit of their history, specifically “Caucasus Conquest”

But NATO/europe is scared so its ok for russia to do this

    6. Quite an exaggerated title, I’d suggest everyone to check the actual cases this article uses, and not just general words. Despite the title being what it is, there is not a single “child sent to the frontlines” mentioned anywhere in the entire article, nor are there any actual child soldiers in general. Child soldiers are a real thing, what the article describes is not it.

In the supposedly most damning “Children forced to fight against Ukraine” section, the only actual child is Illia Moskvitin, who:

      a) Was never a soldier.

      b) Was killed way behind the frontlines by the Ukrainian butterfly mine, back when they were [scattering such air-dropped mines over Russian-held cities](https://www.hrw.org/news/2023/01/31/ukraine-banned-landmines-harm-civilians).

The rest of the examples joined the army on their own as adults. Which the Ukrainian side may claim makes them at worst brainwashed traitors, but not even close to child soldiers.

      >russia’s strategy of abduction, identity erasure, and militarization poses one of the most serious threats to Ukraine’s future. By targeting children, it isn’t just waging war—it’s attempting to rewrite an entire nation.

Russia is a terrorist state. Vladimir Putin is a valid military target.
