It means it stops once more between your start and destination than planned (most likely to compensate for the canceled train), so it’ll be a few minutes late.
Take the one with the additional stop or a taxi:

First, will that train with the additional stop get you to the airport in time? If not try to get an earlier train.

If there is a problem at Bonn Hbf, they often rerroute trains to stop in Siegburg instead. You can get to Siegburg via bus or U-Bahn from Bonn Hbf.
Saw “ICE cancelled” and got all excited until I realized this was r/germany and not r/politics. 😞
