I suggest she contacts all the unemployed Reform voters she’s got and tells them they’ve got a job wiping arses from Monday.

This should be foreshadowing of what would happen if Reform got into government – they’d achieve very little because solving immigration is rather more difficult than they make it out to be.
Party finds out the whole system relies on a growing population
Realises the UK has a declining birth rate
The party pushes for higher immigration
I’ve seen this story before…

….Surely there must be millions of reform voters willing to work long hard hours for just above minimum wage.
They can always get 30p Lee to do them a budget.
Reality is a bitch.

Where’s Lee Anderson when you need him? IIRC it was him a while back who said we should be forcing the unemployed to live in tents and work the fields.
Maybe we give them a choice? Live in tents and harvest crops or live in a care home and wipe arses

Comments about care workers in this thread really highlights public opinion that it’s apparently a shameful job of ‘arse wipers’ that only immigrants should do lol

This is what happens when you have a decade of shitty, inconsistent leadership. Instead of educating and inspiring votes, often on hard subjects like immigration (noting good is easy), they’ve pandered to fears which have no answers to questions which take more than the 4 year cycle to fix.
Social media and fake news has a massive responsibility for the messed up situation we are in, making votes misinformed, which is being acceleratorated by bot farms in Russia etc.

Still, according to Kent’s [own figures](https://www.kent.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0011/148457/Unemployment-in-Kent-bulletin.pdf), there are a considerable number of unemployed people throughout the county (c. 33,000). Perhaps some of them could be trained up to fill the care vacancies? Or would that cost too much money?
