Not surprised by this at all, organizations like this are resistant to change.
rotten to the core and incapable of being anything other than vehicle for nepotism and incompetence, another ghost ship for public money and nothing in return.

The entire scandal just proved to RTE that they have the perfect business model – they can just take cash right out of your paycheque whether you like it or not. Why do you think they’d do anything but keep doing that?
