Sto programmando un breve viaggio in auto dalla Grecia alla Serbia e ho una rapida domanda sui requisiti di registrazione per gli stranieri.
Se entro nel paese una mattina e parto la sera successiva (quindi il mio soggiorno è più di 24 ore ma meno di 48), devo registrarmi con la polizia?

where will you sleep over? if you sleep in some booking type they need to do that as it stays in 1) they need to report in 12 hours of accommodating you
where did you see the 24h bit? I personally usually go to Serbia on short trips, their law is the same I believe, so when I’m there for just 1-2 nights I skip the registration, if i’m longer I go to the police station .. they give a piece of paper (not sure if that gets electronically entered somewhere – doubt it). So far they have never asked me for proof when crossing the borders (not a rule ofc ..)
p.s. when in doubt just do it, its like 5 minutes in the nearest police station 🙂
