      What are the EU conditions?:

      – Repeal the “foreign agents” law

      – Repeal the anti‑LGBT law

      – Align visa policy with the EU

      – Ensure independence of the Anti‑Corruption Bureau

      – Protect freedom of assembly and expression

      – Stop politically motivated prosecutions

      – Uphold rule of law and democratic standards

      – Provide a progress report by August 31
