Per il contesto, mia moglie è un titolare di carte blu e ha un Zusatzblatt per questo. Oggi ho ricevuto il mio AufenthaltStitel per posta, ma non c’era Zusatzblatt. Sul retro del mio AufenthaltStitel è stato scritto “Erwerbstätigkeit Erlaubt”. In questo caso ho bisogno di Zusatzblatt per lavoro?

No. You can work. A Zusatzblatt restricts the work permission, this one is a general one. No need for any Zusatzblatt.

You should have Steuer ID and Sozialversicherungsnummer. In case you got that can do any job. Except those which need extra qualifications by law.
If you have a Zusatzblatt it’s normally indicated on the permit itself. These Blätter are basically to include additional info. If no additional info is needed you should be fine.
IIRC they would mention a Zusatzblatt on the card if you needed one.
