Quindi ero ad Auchan Kirchberg e ho visto che gli articoli di fitness avevano uno sconto del 50% (marchio specifico)
Prima di afferrare qualsiasi cosa, ho scattato una foto dell’offerta per ogni evenienza.
Si scopre che solo gli articoli con un adesivo fisico al 50% erano idonei per lo sconto. La parte divertente? Gli stessi identici prodotti erano miscelati sullo scaffale: alcuni avevano adesivi, alcuni no.
Allora cosa è scritto nel promo?

It says “on a selection of items”, so yeah technically not all of them.
The key is in this part: “sur une sélection d’articles”. It means that only a range of items will have the discount. Here is an excerpt from WordReference:

The dishonesty here is that it is a double selection: the brand + only some items of this brand
“Sur une selection” could be interpreted however they prefer.
Yeah sales can be sketchy there. I bought this game today, and I am glad that I took a picture of the sale price before checking out because it rang up as €69.99. I’ve been burnt too many times there! I showed the clerk my picture and they adjusted the price at the point of checkout (unfortunately they made my coke €39.99 and left the game €69.99! – 🙄 fortunately all was set right before I paid 😇
