Drones for emergency medical services (where actually beneficial) should be the way forward.
Not bringing some lazy cunt a Big Mac meal cos they “just can’t” today.

Aside from deliveries, I’d really love if we could change the rules for airspace use specifically for drones. I have family with farms and they often get random drones hovering over their yards then flying off. They don’t know if it’s a random kid having a peek or someone with bad intentions.
I’ve had a drone hover over our house twice and it feels fucking weird knowing that someone is just watching you and you can’t do shit about it. (It’s a one-off house far from anyone else, so I know they are looking at our property specifically)
Everyone should be able to geofence their property from drone flight paths and if someone needs to use it they can apply for permission. This should be dealt separately to aviation rules because generally speaking people aren’t hovering over your house in a helicopter watching you.

They use drones to stake out farmyards for burglary’s. Thats an old trick at this stage.

This is good, otherwise stock up on catapults.

I think the noise issue can be tackled effectively through the use of a different type of drone that flies higher and uses a smaller unit to drop down with the delivery. And if it’s solved to a level commensurate with regular traffic noise, I think there’s a great opportunity to deliver items with less traffic, energy use and at a cheaper cost for consumers.
As a small population with a sizeable enough number of urban settlements, we’re an ideal testing ground for stuff like this. But as things stand, those Manna drones are very loud
