Ain’t no way I wake up at 5AM on a holiday. 10AM, take it or leave it
I wouldn’t wake up for Angelina Jolie at this hour, let alone for some bridge.
No. Believe me – i’ve tried. On this bridge there are ton of wedding photographers at that time
Still too many people!
I lived there for two years and not even during the Covid did I see it empty. And I was one of those who got up at 5AM to take pictures.
Go for the night time.
This is the trick to getting to see anything and getting a good photo.

Accidentally made the same discovery walking to my hotel after a long night out..
Had to go to Prague for the German embassy during Covid, the city was totally empty, it was very eerie, especially in the evenings. I was at the castle and I was the only person around.
There are people around though.
I was there when a politician or something was on the bridge, the had scouts in the tower windows. Quite a fun experience to point them out.
We had an early flight arriving at 7:00 in Prague. We walked that bridge at 08:00. It was roughly the same amount of people as in your photo. One hour later when we returned from our hotel it was absolute chaos 😅.
Copenhagen is deserted right now. Love it.
I’ve been to that spot
I used to go running across this bridge at about that time every morning when I lived there. Such a treat to be the only one on it. I use early morning runs to sightsee when I travel too. Such a good hack.
Been there last december on a randon friday at noon, no one was there, but the next day, a milion people

Walking this bridge at night, as in when everybody sleeps, is something else.
Prague at night, in general, is something else.
Even before 8:00 on a weekday is pretty chill. Just got back from there a month ago. Wake up, have great breakfast at Hotel Bologna, stroll down to the bridge around 7:00, 7:30. Get out by 10:00 and go somewhere else.
Yeah just get up at an ungodly hour on your vacation and go there on the shittiest cloudy day so that your photos all look like crap. Much better than having to deal with crowds.

Meanwhile Croatia at this time has extreme levels of tourism
