Per me questo è un po ‘preoccupante quando i migliori studenti preferiscono lavorare per un comune. In particolare, quando il settore privato è disperato per la forza lavoro e ha dovuto fare affidamento su stranieri. Perché è così?

I actively looked for a job for 3 weeks, no crazy expectations, just something to kill the time for now and no luck whatsoever. The first and only position I was offered was a state position. Private sector honestly can’t be that desperate.
Becsuse she wants essy money, contact sitv people, and read and write books as a side quest. I actually rhink it is a perfect idea. She will be 21, save an has time to life the life she wants. If later on her books are ass good as her grades dhe will lead a perfect life writing books and livind as she likes. Love romans do not seem the be a bad idea
Try getting hired in the private sector… automatic denials after 30 minutes of sending in your CV by some AI which is looking for buzzwords…
Private market is ridiculous right now and they are just burning people with their nonsense while also crying that they don’t have enough people -.-
I mean, if she suceeds her trial period she has a nice cushy job until her retirment. Good on her.
If the private sector were so desperate they’de make it more interesting to work for em.
Social reproduction at work, maybe? When the parents are not university educated, the children simply have a harder time picturing themselves going to college.
Why would anyone that knows Luxembourgish work in the private sector? You need to be extremely good, possibly lucky as well and likely work long hours to make more than the AVERAGE public servant (as a reminder, 8k gross). She’s clearly book smart and street smart, props.
Just leave her alone. She is a bright mind and probably knows what will make her happy. Not all geniuses on this world need to launch a startup and ceeate wonders of innovation and technology. Pursuing happiness should be allowed.
