Gruppo di escursioni insolito – L’escursione nazista nell’Oberland bernese porta all’operazione di polizia | Un gruppo di uomini – tutti vestiti con vecchie uniformi nazisti – ha fatto un’escursione attraverso il massif di Wildhorn durante il fine settimana. In contrast to many other European countries, the wearing of Nazi symbols has not yet been banned in Switzerland. This is one of the reasons why right-wing extremists have repeatedly held meetings in Switzerland in recent years.

>The international group in question must also have carefully considered in advance which country they would be walking around in with their Wehrmacht uniforms. The Federal Council is currently in the process of drafting a law banning Nazi symbols.

>This comes after both the National Council and the Council of States voted by a clear majority in favour of such a ban in 2024. Displaying swastikas or the Hitler salute should also be a criminal offence in Switzerland in future.
