Nice. Similar view here at haute provence France. Less rocky mountains.

This photo is very sad. I wish it remained as beautiful as it was without such destruction of the nature.

Great photo.
Ignore all the people complaining about the tourism in the dolomites.
I go there often and its not overcrowded or anything.
It’s good to have these little resorts and places to stay there so more people can enjoy the beauty of the place.

Americans/Canadians are leaving the big cities for places similar to this in North America to live year round or places even more beautiful.
Small towns, the sheriff is also the fire chief. Very low crime rate.. you still have access to everything important although a bit further away. I know most of Europe has vastly worse population density than Canada/Australia/US but there’s still room.
I think the trend will cross the Atlantic at some point. In Canada for example, the cost of housing is the biggest factor where Canadians cannot afford to live in the city they were born. They move out, have to face new challenges but overall they’d never dream of going back to a big city.
For me personally, I’ll never go back. In fact I dont like even visiting cities anymore. If I travel, I like to go to that countries rural towns / resorts.
Nature is f’ing amazing, just saying
