Stupidity by the body honestly. If you read the article it’s so easy to see what’s going on. The guy owns a shell company in Cyprus and most of the assets he has are in Russia. It’s a money pit and the losers are the Armenian citizens. The only thing that they can use is an agreement with Cyprus ? Really? What does Cyprus have to do with the bulk of Armenian energy distribution ? It’s just shameful how much BS damage Armenians have done in just 30 years to their own country….
