Mi sono appena trasferito qualche mese fa e ho pagato manualmente le bollette e elettriche. Da quello che ho sentito questo è il recalcolo per il periodo in cui sono stato. Non sono ancora sicuro se dice che devo loro 300 euro o che mi devono o cosa sono esattamente recitato? 🤔

they demand 139,05€ from you. you paid 440€. they will pay you 300,95€ back if you tell them your bank details. they ask for these details here.
now they change your monthly payments and decrease them to 200€ a month.
