its not U-turn. Its the same law witg the fix, what prosecutor’s can only escalate something with acess to gathered data (without ablitity to de-escalate). Thats good bugfix.
In theory, bad thing still exists – now two sides has access to data and that means it could leak faster.
In good scenario, if NABU will hold investigation or will pause it, prosecutor can take it.
It could work in both directions.

See, as fallible as Zelensky is, he at least fears public reactions. Ukrainians can affect his rule, unlike what Putler has achieved in Russia. He does whatever he wants, and nobody dares rise up against him.
