Awful, in my opinion. They had such a good thing going, pretty rare for a hotline to not trace calls and not do shady shit. Massive corporate-style centres are simply unsuited for both mental healthcare and volunteering in general.
I hope this works out, somehow, but I’m not optimistic.

Meanwhile in an alternative universe: Samaritans to close 100 branches as happiness at all time high, “we’re just not needed as much anymore” boss says.
In other news: NHS overfunded, no new doctors needed, cats call truce on war with dogs.
