And they only get about 24% ADDITIONAL pension contribution on top of that. And all those figures are before overtime – which is paid at a higher rate. Don’t let me even get on to agency shifts.
My heart goes out to them.
Those people just shouting ‘pay them more, more, more, more, more’ – do you see any problem with your plan whatsoever?
Didn’t these guys go on strike not so long ago, and get a rise? So, why are they striking again?
I don’t know the deal with doctors in the UK but if doctors in the states went on strike they’d get pelted with produce.
Now they want more.
And next time they will want more.
