Sound like great stuff get it through, but could we get soundproofing levels mandated for all new dwellings not just those near pubs and clubs
Whats the point in making it easier to build new venues and to get licenses when no one can afford to go out in the first place.
“money back into the pockets of local entrepreneurs” – after rent, rates, tax, utilities…..what money? The bars and restaurants we do have are already dead on the weekend, you’d be a fool to try and open a new one.
