Attualmente mi sto trasferendo dall’appartamento e sto facendo la consegna del posto. Il proprietario era lì oggi ed elencava alcuni problemi nel übergabeprotokoll che non sono sicuro che siano validi.
L’appartamento era perfettamente pulito, ma ha detto che dovrà assumere un’azienda di pulizia a causa del forno e dei rubinetti del lavandino, le foto sottostanti di come sono.
Anche übergabeprotokoll ha dichiarato alcuni segni sul pavimento e sulle pareti più una mancanza di pressione nei rubinetti dell’acqua.
Il fatto è che il übergabeprotokoll afferma che sono responsabile di pagare per tutte le riparazioni e i costi di tutto ciò che è scritto lì. È solito? Non è un po ‘di usura?

Not everything listed sounds fair, honestly. Normal wear and tear like small wall marks or slight water pressure issues usually aren’t your responsibility. If the oven and faucets are reasonably clean, charging for a cleaning company seems excessive. It’s not unusual for landlords to try this, but you don’t have to sign anything you disagree with. You can contest it, especially if you have photos or proof of the condition.
how are you responsible for the water pressure? wtf?
