Sembra che possano essere riscattati solo in Norges Bank, i cui uffici presumo esistano solo in Norvegia. Ma vorrei confermarlo nel caso in cui sto fraintendendo qualcosa. Pensavo che queste note fossero dal mio ultimo viaggio in Norvegia un anno fa, ma se sono scadute, devono provenire da un viaggio più vecchio.
Inoltre, se qualcuno sapesse dove potrei scambiarli a Copenaghen, sarebbe molto apprezzato.

You can send them by post as indicated here: https://www.norges-bank.no/en/topics/notes-and-coins/exchanging-withdrawn-banknotes-and-coins/
There is ofcourse a risk that a letter sent to the norwegian bank will be stolen, but generally for such an amount, this is the easiest way.
You need to physically exchange them in the reception of Norges Bank in Oslo (or less straightforwardly at the Norges Bank depots in other major cities).
Sounds like a return trip is in order 😃
