      I know it’s a cliche to say it that this stage but 7 years is nothing. It was depraved and calculated. There is no defence or reason as to why he could have done what he did. Unlike some crimes where you can see how they did what they did and with the right support and circumstances, the individual can turn their lives around , but there is no changing this man. It’s extremely worrying he will be out in 7 years time.

      Obviously I don’t think I am alone in saying 7 years doesn’t seem adequate but I was genuinely shocked at the depravity of this man. It makes me sick. What really worries me, is how does someone get to this point? I just can’t get my head around it.
      It’s depressing

      Hope they give him a nice, warm welcome in prison. Nothing more endearing than sharing a cell with an attempted murder/pedo/rapist/cannibal with a lighter sentence than a petty drug dealer, who’s also a garda.

      Surely he should be moved into some sort of psychiatric facility for a long spell on his release. This is not the actions of a sane person and he’s clearly a massive danger to the public.

      As for the poor victims, how can she ever feel safe again living in the same area never mind the same address.

      Read the full story… it wasnt just inciting rape he had 2 CP images and a CP video of some kind.
      But he knew the woman, attended events with her and her kids… yet was inciting people to go to her address and rape her and her daughters under the guise of CNC… kind of impressive that it was one of the CNC fetishists contacting her directly on Facebook to confirm that the consent was real that brought it to light.
      Its a weird fetish but at least that individual was serious about Consent otherwise this all could have ended much much worse.

      Honestly feel like this guardai should be locked up forever.
