I don’t like the president this law sets and how easily it creates an opening for despots to crack down on freedom of information and speech.
We deride authoritarian states for this sort of thing but under the Labour Party our government has began to follow the path while deriding those who disagree with the act as pedophiles and deviants.
It must be fought against before it is too late, if we fail how long till every action we preform online is monitored? How long till for the sake of “safety” will access to the internet becomes restricted?
I implore our fellows on the continent to fight against the chat control proposal in the EU.
